I've been holding this grudge since last year tbh. Still tbh, I still hope that they will reply my emails or giving a refund. But none of them happened. So yeah I'll just share my experience with that shitty clothing company.
I'm interested (hell, until now I still am!) at one of their revolutionary item that so-called Color-changing hoodie. The one I paid for is the 2nd generation of their color-changing hoodie series. It was still in pre-order.
I've tried to open the hoodie's product link, but yeah, since that's probably sold out so...
But if you are that curious, you can look on them at their Instagram. The purple-blue-pink one.
I don't have many proof as now I can't login too. This is the only proof I can upload.
See the date right? And the order status? It's not even shipped.
I emailed them for months. At the early dates I almost emailed them every single day. Even send them lots of Instagram DMs. And commenting at their Instagram posts. Ah, getting scammed by such a so-called hipster clothing makes me even more embarrassed.
I know it's just $55 and some shipment fee, not much. Still, a scam is a scam. And I'm only student that even $1 is essential. You can call me poor~
As long as they don't contact me, send me an email, send me the item, or give me a refund, then I won't update this post.
